All the displayed prices on the page are final, expressed either in EUR, USD, GBP or RON (Romanian New Lei).
2. How do I buy?
Please click on the "Order" for the desired product. Please complete the short order form with your personal data and press the "Send" button. After we have received your order, we will contact you as soon as possible by mail or by phone in order to confirm whether the product is in stock and to confirm your order. For the products that are not in stock, a minimum of 30% of the product's value has to be paid in advance to confirm the order. For car tuning related products, such as spoilers, body kits and similar items, is necessary to pay at least 50% of the product's value in advance. Note that for international shipments, the full price of the product has to be paid in advance, including the shipping costs.
3. How do I pay?
After we receive your order, if necessary, we will send you by email a copy of the invoice, based on which you can pay fully or partially for the product. If the product is in stock, you can choose to pay for the product after you have received it. You can order products from stock without paying an advance if the price of the product is under 1000 RON. Note that for international shipments, the full price of the product should be paid in advance, including the shipping costs. In order to make payments through Bank transfers, you can see all the company's financial related data in the "Contact" section.
Payments can also be done by credit cards, we accept Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard. In case you choose this payment method, please let us know so that we send you the email with exact instructions on how to make the secure payment. Please note that your credit card will be charged with the total cost immediately after the payment, not only after package has been shipped out!
4. How long does the shipping take?
If the ordered product is not in stock, in most cases in can be available within 2-4 weeks, if it's not specified otherwise. The duration of the shipment will depend on the country where the product should be shipped. Before you pay for the product, please contact us to ensure that the ordered product is available in Europe and for a confirmation that the product can be delivered.
The shipment will be done using international courier services. The shipping costs will be supported by the customer.
The customer is responsible for checking the package and its contents for possible damages immediately at delivery, before signing for a correct delivery. If any damage happened to the contents of the package, a damage report needs to be filled out immediately, signed also by the shipping agent. Failure to do so will make impossible for our company to claim for any damages from the shipping company. Therefore, we cannot accept claims without a valid and signed damage report, completed at delivery (and not later)!
6. Correctness of the specifications:
The technical specifications, pictures, as well as the prices of the products displayed on this page are informational and can be changed without further notice. The pictures displayed for the products are sample only, can be slightly different from the original product. We do not assume responsability for the correctness of the data, neither for gramatical or typing errors.
TUV certificates are delivered only for products that have these and only for purchases from countries that require them (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
7. Warranty and returns:
The warranty for the new products is 12 months, if not specified otherwise. There is no warranty for products that don't have any mechanical or electrical components. The returned products in warranty should be in their original package, containing all the accessories, without having been mounted, modified, painted, scratched or damaged in any way. The shipping costs, as well as other additional costs for products returned in warranty will be supported by the customer.
For all exterior styling products a trial fitment should be made prior to painting - we don't accept painted parts for returns. It is mandatory to report us any kind of irregularities found with the product(s) within 10 days after receiving the product(s). We don't accept complaints after this period expires - except of course for warranty related problems.
Orders for which the products are not picked up by customers within 60 days after products arrived in stock or for which for some reasons deliveries could not be made within 60 days to the delivery address specified by customers, are considered invalid. Any kind of advance payment made for the orders will be charged as a non-refundable stocking/shipping fee!
