Shipping
- We provide international delivery regardless of the product size.
- Delivery times vary from region to region. In general, once your order is ready and packed it takes only several days to deliver the package(s) to the agreed destination address.
- In general we ship by road all over Europe (except for some islands).
- To most countries outside Europe we deliver by airplane. Very large packages are usually shipped to the closest international airport.
- Cost of shipping by airplane depends mostly on the dimensions of the package.
- In order to save costs on shipping, we recommend combining multiple items into one single package. For example, shipping two bumpers instead of one in one box will not increase shipping costs in most cases. Similarly, shipping a body kit instead of a single bumper will only slightly increase the final shipping price.
- For international shipments we need to have complete payment of the order (including shipping costs), before we can ship them out.
We are working with multiple international shipping companies to offer the best shipping methods that suit the best our customer's needs. For shipments by air we work also directly with the airline companies in order to cut down shipping costs as much as possible.
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and the available shipping methods will be offered to you. We will try to do an estimation of shipping costs right before checkout. Later, an operator from our company will update your order with the final shipping price. Once final shipping costs are determined they are added to the subtotal of your order.
For all shipments we provide full tracking information. Most of the shipping companies we use provide accurate tracking of the shipments. These details will be included on your orders page as well as in the email we will be sending you after your order is shipped out.
Yes, all shipments are insured. Also, all products are packed very carefully so that the contents are always well protected.
The receiver is responsible for checking the package and its contents for possible damages immediately at delivery, before signing for a correct delivery. In the very unlikely event of any damage happening to the contents of the package, a damage report needs to be filled out immediately, signed also by the shipping agent. Failure to do so will make impossible for our company to claim for any damages from the shipping company. Therefore, we cannot accept claims without a valid and signed damage report, completed at delivery (and not later)!
